My Practice

I am a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the field. I offer therapy and evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety, depression and learning disabilities (such as Dyslexia).

My Focus

My Practice

My focus is on helping people understand their child, or themself, and then learning strategies that help. Psychological evaluations are an important tool that help clarify diagnoses and guide treatment planning. My therapy style is a blend of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral strategies, social skills approaches, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Ultimately, I want to find what works best for each client.
